Manfaat Digital Services MCHJ ("we", "us", "our") operates the Manfaat Marketing Platform accessible from https://abdullohabdurahmon.uz.

The platform is used by our agency team and authorized business owners to monitor, manage and analyze Meta advertising activity for approved client projects.

Information we collect through Meta APIs

When a Facebook Page, Instagram account, Business account or Ad Account is connected to our platform, we may request access to data through Meta's official Graph API and Marketing API.

• Advertising data: campaign names, ad set names, ad names, campaign objectives, delivery status, budget information, spend, reach, impressions, clicks, CTR, CPM, CPC, video views and other performance metrics via ads_read and related advertising permissions.
• Campaign management data: data required to create, edit, manage or prepare campaigns, ad sets and ads for authorized ad accounts via ads_management.
• Page data: Page name, Page ID, posts and engagement information via pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement and pages_manage_ads.
• Instagram data: Instagram business account profile information, media information and insights via instagram_basic and instagram_manage_insights.
• Business data: business assets, Pages and Ad Accounts that the authorized user or business can access via business_management.

How we use your information

We use Meta data only to provide our core marketing, reporting and automation services for authorized business projects.

• To display advertising analytics in a simplified private dashboard.
• To generate campaign performance summaries and internal reports.
• To show which creatives, videos or ads are currently used in campaigns.
• To help our agency team monitor campaign status, budgets and results.
• To help approved business owners view data related only to their own project.

We may create, edit or manage campaigns, ad sets and ads only for authorized ad accounts connected to our agency. New campaigns, ad sets and ads are created or managed in PAUSED status by default and require manual approval before activation.

Who can access the data

Access to platform data is restricted to authorized Manfaat Digital Services MCHJ team members and approved business owners.

• Internal agency users may access data only for projects they are assigned to.
• Business owners can view only the advertising data related to their own project.
• Unauthorized users cannot access dashboards, reports or Meta API data.

Data storage and retention

Meta data is stored on secure servers operated by our hosting provider. Access to this data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

We retain performance and reporting data only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain historical reporting and support business operations. Access tokens may be revoked by the authorized user from Facebook Business Settings or Meta Business Integrations.

Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell, rent or trade personal information or Meta business data. We may disclose information only when required by law, regulation or a valid legal process.

Your data protection rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by contacting us. You may also disconnect our app from your Facebook account or Business settings at any time.
